MTB raid in Morocco : Eastern and central High Atlas -The High Atlas Valleys.

PROGRAM

Day 1: MARRAKECH
 Transfer from the airport to your hotel or guesthouse near Jemâael Fna square.
 
Day 2: VALLEY OF ROSES AND GORGES OF DADÈS
 In 4x4, crossing the High Atlas, Ouarzazate and the Valley of kasbahs. A beautiful road. Then track to the Atlas. The raid begins with the descent of tizin'Ti'louit (2005m) to the Valley of Roses, red ochre land.
Lunch at Bou Taghrar (1550m). In the afternoon crossing of the desert altitude of Ait Youl (1547m). Visit of the Kasbah. Up through the spectacular gorges of Dadès (1662m).
overnight in a hotel in the Dades Gorge.
Transfer 330 km superb.
BIKING: 41km, of which 17 runway and 24 trail. Easy land.

DAY 3: DADÈS, IMILCHIL
 In 4x4 high Dadès, one of the most renowned foothills south: Natural sites exceptional fingers of monkeys, gorges, parade, the tortoise of Dades, canyons. Msemrir (1939m) at the beginning of the runway, cross the territory of Aït Haddidou, Aït Y'Azza, Ait Ounir and Ait Atta. Ascension of Jebel Arhen Bou n'Ouerz in Andean landscapes. The raid begins at tizi n'Ouerz (2892m) by 24 km descent to the pastures and the village Of Agoudal (2486m). Lunch, in the afternoon, continue by the assif Melloul in the yellow ochre highlands -up to Imilchil (2119m) known for its celebration of the brides (36km). Overnight with the inhabitants.

140 km between the gorges and Imilchil.

Biking: 50 km of track, 10 km mountain. Easy plot.

Day 4: High PLATEAUS, ANERGUI

  In 4x4 to the Lake Tislit. We take our bikes at the beginning of the runway. Full day at the highlands. Nomads and their herds roam in May. Lunch at Tasraft (2083m). In the late afternoon a hard descente 12km to the circus of Anergui (1441m).
Overnight in a guest house.
75km between  Imilchil and Anergui. ATV: 40km of the runway. Rocky land, crossing wadis.

Day 5: THE GORGES of the ASSIF MELLOUL,the CATHEDRALE, ZAWYAT AHANCAL
 A wonderful gorges of the assif Melloul still. Houses made of stone and mud, it's a peaceful villages with a natural nomadic beauty.
Lunch at 1200 m near the rock called "Cathedral". Afternoon climb to 1912m (4x4, ATV for those who are interested) before descending to Zawyat Ahansal (1595m).

85km between Anergui and Zawyat Ahansal. MTB: 50km runway.
Land :medium. Total ascent between the cathedral and Zawyat: +1320 m-840m.

Day 6:  The three PASSES AND the VALLEY OF AÏT BOUGUEMEZ
  Fullday of high mountains. The raid begins at the pass of tizi n'illissi (2603m), it follows the ridge line, switchover tizi n'Tsalli (2767m) and tizi n'Tighrist (2629m) and 30 km descent into the valley of Ait Bou Guemez (happy valley). After lunch at Zawyat Oulmzi, continuing the runway until the  Berber villages of Ait Imi (2127m).

75km between Zawyat Ahansal  and Ait Imi.
Biking: 45 km of track. Land medium. Total ascent: +1700 m-1380m.
 
Day 7: ATV to OUZOUD waterfall, MARRAKECH
 Either we continue the trail of Berber villages until Aït Abbès cycling, or we will break at the Ouzoud waterfall. In the afternoon, we go to Marrakech. Closing ceremonies in the medina. Hotel-riad in the medina.
300km to Marrakech.
BIKING: 15km runway until Agouti, 15km route to Aït Abbes.
 
Day 8: MARRAKECH
  Transfer to the airport and assistance departure.
