is a country "young".
The fertility rate (4 children per woman) remains fairly high, with a growth
rather rapid population.
Morocco
is therefore faced with the challenge of schooling and literacy.
Children in school are often half-time because schools are not enough.
The challenge is enormous: a national charter for education and training has
been discussed in 1999, stipulating that
"from the school in 2002, while Moroccan children aged 6 years old must be
able to find a teacher 1st year of primary school closest to the residence of
his parents."

As in all countries governed by Islamic
law, the status of women has not always been very enviable. And yet, accused of
inaction, the government has finally responded to the great hope of women in
deciding to reform the family code.
Announced in October 2003, new legislation should grant them additional rights.
Thus they will no longer obey their husbands, but
the focus will be placed under the joint responsibility of both spouses,
the legal age increase from 15 to 18 years

If the french word "mosque" has masdjid, we must not misunderstand
the meaning of this term. Masdjid means the place where one bows (to Allah).
