You will discover the highest moroccan Atlas (700 km lentgh from Agadir at the Algerian border, 10 tops of more than 4000 m and 100 tops of more than 3000 m).You will visit and cross beautiful valleys, narrow gorges, isolated berber villages archaeological and prehistorical sites (rupestral engravings) as well as the nomads countries.
PROGRAM
Day 1 : Arrival at Marrakech
Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 : Transfer - Tislit lake t (2300 m)
Early departure and transfer to Imilchil.8hours road. Picnic in the forest before arriving at Aghbala. The road crosses the plain of Haouz before penetrating in the mountains of the Middle Atlas. You cross Beni Mellal and climb towards the plateau of Imilchil. Arrival at the lake Tislit. A meeting with the muleteers.

Day 3 : Imilchil (2159 m) - Oudiddi (2100 m). 5hours walking
a small path on the plateau where Imilchil is. The plateau is surrounded by the high mountains of the Eastern Atlas. Camp at Oudiddi.
Day 4 and 5 : Assif Melloul - Batli (1600 m).7hours walking
Two days of descent towards Assif Melloul. Until Oughazi, the valley remains broad and cultivated but without villages because of the violent moods of the river. The forest is often present and the landscape, increasingly wild. Some sheep-folds next to the path. At the second day we reach the village of Batli.

Day 6 : Pass of Dari (1968 m) - Ait Boulmane (1500 m).4 hours walking
Small rise in the middle of the Aleppo Pine forest towards the pass of Dari, beautiful sight on the valley of Anergui. Quiet descent to reach Ait Boulmane at Assif Melloul. Free afternoon; a possible bath or a visit of the village of Ait Boulmane.

Day 7 : Plateau of Imedrhas (2100 m) - Ait All (2200 m). 7 hours walking
You climb on the plateau of Imedrhas. Water is very rare there.

Day 8 : Imidal (2300 m) - Tighanimine (1600 m). 7 hours walking
We cross the plateau and we go down on a unit of troglodytes houses , used today by Ait Hdiddou at the time of transhumances. Descent to the valley of Assif Ahançal.
Camp at Zahwa Ahançal, at Tighanimine for 2 nights.
Day 9 : Taghia (2000 m). 4 hours walking
stroll at the entry of the gorges of Taghia. we reach the village of Taghia. The gorges are impressive... Rest and bath are possible. Return to the camp at Tighanimine.
Day 10 : Aqqua Tazaght - Tizi Taghboula (3032 m).7 hours walking
Superb day in one of the most wild corners of the Atlas. we climb to a plate perched with 3000 meters and inhabited by the nomads of Ait Atta. Camp on the heights not far from Tizi Taghboula.
Day 11 : Bouzgou (3444 m) - Tichki (2196 m). 7 hours walking
We cross the plateau of Bouzgou; Passage of Tizi' Igourane (3200 m) and of Bouzgou pass
Night in a camp or at the lodging of Tichki.
Day 12 : High valley of M'Goun - Tighremt Has Ahmed (2235 m). 6 hours walking
Pleasant crossing of villages after these two days spent in the mountains! Quiet descent to join the Top M'Goun. Very beautiful Berber architecture.

Day 13 : Tizi-n-Tanout (3074 m) - Azib Tafenfent (2800 m). 7 hours walking
We approach the heights of the Central Atlas, preparation with the attack of Me Goun. Rise of Assif Amougr Saln; beautiful landscapes of pastures strewn with some chimneys of fairies. Passage of the collar of Tizi-n-Tanout. Bivouac with the base camp of Me Goun close to the sheep-folds of Tafenfent 2800 Mr.
Day 14 : M' Goun (4068 m) - Tarkaddit (2900 m). 9 hours walking
You climb for 4 or 5 hours to the northern edge.A descent by the normal way to reach the western edge.
Camp on the plateau of Tarkeddid, next to the sources of Tessaout.
Day 15 : Tizi Asdrem (3200 m) - Azib Imi' Ikkiss (2200 m). 7 hours walking
We go up on the northern side of Wandras gorges. Tizi Asdrem gives us access to the Middle valley of Tessaout. Picnic at Tasgaîwalt.Continuation of the descent beside the river.

Day 16 : Ichbakken (2000 m) - Ait Ali Ito (1825 m) - Megdaz (1961m). 6 hours walking
Descent to the right side of Tessaout to Ait Ito via the valley of Ichbakken. we reach Megdaz, one of the most beautiful villages of the Atlas.

Day 17 : Tizi Megdaz (2454 m) - Taoudja (2500 m).6 hours walking
The pass of Megdaz leads to Azib Tagoukht. a nap under the walnut trees. We go up towards the watershed. Beautiful mule track until a source.

Day 18 : Tizi-n-Fedghat (2181 m) - Tizi Timililt (2850 m) - Lake Tamda (2667 m). 6 hours walking
Always by a beautiful mule track, we climb to the pass of Timililt. Beautiful panorama on the lake of Tamda. A Bath is possible.
Camp at the edge of the lake at the foot of Adrar Anoghmar.
Day 19 : Tighza (1920 m).5 hours walking
We benefit from this beautiful place before starting our last descent towards the plains. The landscape is very soft. Some sheep-folds before finding the villages.

Day 20 : Animiter (1760 m). Transfer - Marrakech. 3 hours walking
Last morning to walk in the superb villages of the valley. We join our vehicle Animiter. A small transfer leads us to the Kasbah of Telouet. A Visit of the Kasbah before going down again to Marrakech by the beautiful road of Tizi-n-Tichka.

Free day at Marrakech. Hotel.
Day 22 : Departure
Transfer to Marrakech airport.
