Period: All the year

Day 1: Arrival at Agadir airport and transfer to Tamraght, to the inn of Riad Imourane.

According to the time of your arrival, you can already visit Aourir, the "village of bananas" and the mouth of tamraght river. The village of Tamraght combines all the seductions between the beach and its surfing, its
superb landscapes, its legends and its traditions...
At end of the afternoon, a briefing makes the detailed point  on the program of the week and the customs and
habits of the country. You take the evening meal and spend the night to the inn of Riad Imourane at Tamraght.

Day 2: A tour from Tamraght to El Minzla  via Ifred, Argana and Tazarine.

This morning, you take the littoral road from where you will appreciate a panoramic sight on the bay of Agadir and
its fishing port. You leave in direction of Tazarine while crossing somme out of time villages,
a forest of argans and part of the agricultural plain of souss-Massa. You pass by El Minzla before arriving at a natural belvedere located at 1900 meters of height from which you can observe the plateau of
Timzgadiouine. You go down again towards Ifred which offers a great geological diversity with mosaics of
sedimentary rocks, limestones, magmatic and schistous... The way continues towards Argana, an important administrative and commercial center since the protectorate period. You arrive at the inn of "Zolado" at Tazarine to have lunch and relax for a moment.
This afternoon, you leave for an excursion of 3 hours by  VTT (that is to say 8 kilometers) towards El Minzla, Tasguinte
and Tiktinte, inside a forest of argans. You will observe that the population works essentially in traditional trades like the bee-keeping and the pottery. It is also the occasion to visit the  "Agadirs" and the "Zaouias".

Day 3: Active walks around the inn Zolado, at Tazarine,  in the morning. Discovery of Sinite,
Touchka, Aguerssouane, Agadir-Imouzgane, in the afternoon.

This morning, you leave the inn at 8:30 for a small walk of fifteen minutes in direction of a traditional house at Tazarine where you are invited to a berber breakfast. Be attentive to the astonishing ceremony of tea... You are in expert country!
After this breakfast, you leave to discover the village, its source of water of "Ali-iguaja" and it's modes of collective irrigation. You will also see argan and traditional olive oil presses. You join the inn for  lunch and a moment of relaxation.
At the beginning of afternoon, you leave for a hiking of 16 kilometers towards
Sinite before arriving at Touchka which is located at 1600 meters of height. The place is known for its forests of thujas,
argans, holm oaks, pines of alep and its medicinal plants... You go down again to the inn  by mules via the oasis of olive-trees and palm trees of Aguerssouane. Before returning to the inn,  you visit the houses of Agadir-Imouzgane, memories of the time of the Portuguese occupation.
You arrive at the inn at the end-of-day,  to get ready for the typical musical evening .

Day 4: Activities in the village of Tazarine.

After breakfast, you have the choice between several activities at the chart. the most sportive, can go hiking or in VTT. Those which wish to have an idea about regional habits, can get an initiation to the pottery , the traditional cookery or take part in the work of fields.

After lunch and a moment of relaxation at the inn or at the lodge, you continue your activities.

Day 5: Activities in the village of Tazarine

As for yesterday, you continue the activities by small groups of two or three people.
You can change,from fields to VTT or from pottery to cookery, so as to discover new feelings and take an active part in an exchange with the mountain populations.
After lunch and a moment of relaxation at the inn, you finish the activities before going to Immouzer by 4WD. at the end of the afternoon, you arrive at the cascades hotel the Cascades at
Immouzzer where you can have a moment of relaxation in the garden or at the edge of the swimming pool to admire the sunset. This evening, you dine on the terrace...

Day 6: Walks passing by Immouzzer, Timkti, Targa n'Jaaf and Tiskjii

After breakfast, you take the 4X4 in direction of Tiskjii which is located at 33 kilometers of Immouzzer. A halt is essential at Timkti to appreciate the panoramic sight of the palm grove and villages. It is from here you leave for a hiking of
2h30 through the exceptional landscapes of Targa n'Jaaf where you will see the local populations working at agriculture or at the irrigation of their grounds
lunch at the lodge at Tiskjii, in a Berber house provided with a press and a patio.There, You will taste the region famous meals such as honey and amlou.
at 15:00, you continue to join Immouzzer and the hotel via the berber village such as Tidili and Tamaroute located at 900 meters height. You cross several fields.You can admire the panorama of the plain, the cascades and of the rocks. Here, the inhabitants gave them poetic a name of "wedding veil".
At the end of the afternoon, you arrive at the cascades hotel to have a rest or to swim before dinner on the terrace.

Day 7: Stroll at Immouzzer, Aqsri, at the Paradise valley  in Tamraght.

After breakfast at the cascades hotel , you go back in direction of Tamraght. You have a first break at Aqsri to taste the argan honey, amlou and to the olive oil presses. You continue to the famous Paradise valley, a beautiful site which was very appraciated bt the Hippies in the Sixties. Another break is envisaged at Alama in order to visit its very old school of Coran as well as its artisanal female co-operatives or of argan oil extraction.
You stop at  riad Imourane inn  to have lunch. you can choose how you would like to spend the afternoon,on walks, sport on the beach or simply to relax...

Day 8: Transfer to the airport and departure.
You have a last breakfast at the inn where a vehicle awaits you. you will be transferded to Agadir airport. According to the flight, you can do a last visit of Agadir city

It is about a Trek without notable technical difficulty. It is necessary to be in a good physical condition and to be able to walk for 5 to 6 hours each day, with a quiet rhythm. There is always a light back bag where you can take the minimum (gourd, food of race, camera...) All the luggage and food are transported by the mules. If a medical problem (distortion for example)is to happen, it is always possible to call upon a mule. However, it should be known that the ground is not flat, that it is necessary sometimes to go up to climb a pass and that you will find certain stages a little long... In short, you will certainly have physical feelings; so, it is important to have the desire and the spirit of hiking and walking.
The itinerary indicated will be able to undergo modifications imposed by the mean level of the group, or by the climatic conditions.

A sleeping bag, a large bag for clothing, a small back bag for the day, walking shoes, crates, sandals for the bivouac, Kwe, polar, personal drugs, a gourd (1 litter or 2 litters), pastilles of water purification, sun lotion, a pair of sunglasses, cap, camera, a torch (frontal), spare batteries, toilet bag and other personal effects.
